Policy:
The Board of Directors shall establish or modify the Refund Policy as part of the annual budget. BATTLEFORDS youth Soccer Inc will refund member registration, provided the criterion outlined below is met.
Criteria:
- BYSI initiated refunds, will be issued for programs, divisions, or teams that are cancelled by BYSI. Fees outlined in this policy will NOT be deducted in this instance.
2. Recreational and Competitive: Full refunds are available up to 1 business day prior to the season start. A pro-rated refund will be available after the start date if requested within 7 business days of the start date. Pro-rated Refunds will also be considered once the season starts to those requests due to a documented medical condition resulting in a season ending injury or illness and is submitted on the official BYSI Refund Request Form
Refunds are subject to:
1) An administrative fee, as set by the program budget. (As of 27-Jul-2023 the admin fee is $40.00),
2) Any non-refundable SSA registration fees applicable to the participant and
3) Pro-rated game/training fees/Jersey Kit fee where applicable.
There will be no refund/transfer for a registration fee if a player is suspended or expelled from Battlefords Youth Soccer Inc under the BYSI discipline policy or Code of Conduct rules.
The Board of Directors reserve the right to over-ride a refund approved by administrative staff.
Process:
- Submit the Refund Request Form, located on the BYSI website, by email to the Clubs registrar - bysiregistrar@sasktel.net
The Refund Request form will be submitted to the BYSI board of directors for review of the refund request.
