REFUND POLICY

I acknowledge, the Refund Policies of WYSA or its member Community Centres, which state that conditions under which program registration fees will be refunded. Refunds are generally available if players are unable to complete a significant portion of their program because they are moving out of Winnipeg, have sustained an injury that will prevent them from completing their program. Refunds for other reasons not stated in the Refund Policies may be granted, at the discretion of WYSA or its member Community Centres. Any refunds provided will generally be a pro-rated portion of the original program fees, based on the amount of program time or sessions elapsed, and other factors WYSA or its member Community Centres may wish to consider. The portion of a program's fees deemed to be administration fees or attributed to non-returnable equipment, will not be eligible for refund, and will be retained by WYSA or its member Community Centres.
