Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $25.00 will be withheld on any cancelled registrations. 

If SMBA cancels the registration due to Covid 19, cut from AA program, or a league not able to run due to numbers you will get your full amount returned. 

Once a player has been selected to a team, no refunds will be provided should the player decide to leave the team. The only exception to our refund policy is due to injury (with a doctor’s certificate or note). In the event of an injury refund, a $50 processing fee will be retained off the following percentages. Refunds for injury will be calculated as follows: Prior to Apr 1 - 85% Prior to May 1- 75% Prior to June 1 - 50% Prior to July 1 - 25% No refunds after July 1 of the current season for any reason.
