All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to almaguin.gazelles@outlook.com.

• Full refunds (including the $60 OWHA fee) will only be given if we are not able to ice a team in your age group or division.
• Prior to the start of the season, a full refund LESS the non-refundable $60 OWHA fee will be given.
• Prior to November 1, a full refund LESS 25% will be given.
• Prior to December 1, a full refund LESS 50% will be given.
• After December 1, refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be due to medical reasons or relocation.
