RBMB Refund Policy
The RBMB appreciates that circumstances can change that may result in you being unable to fulfill your commitment to baseball once you have registered. At the same time, much of what we do (uniforms, creating teams, equipment, umpire scheduling, etc.) is based on registrations therefore it is very important for us to manage this process accordingly. As such, the RBMB has a refund policy that is enforced. The details of the policy are outlined below. Please note these dates on your calendar.
For House league and Local League players: Refunds requested in writing up to and including April 15 will be made subject to a $25 admin fee and the return of any uniform issued. No refund of registration and or other fees shall be made after April 15. Prorated refunds for withdrawal due to medical reasons may be considered at the discretion of the Executive.
