Refund Policy


When a player registers with Cougars FHC we guarantee them a spot on a team, but will not guarantee a certain level of play, that will be determined at evaluations and is dependent on registration numbers in the age groups. After registration, a player can still leave the Club, but the following applies:

FHA/FHC Membership Fees are non-refundable. 

Registrants may withdraw in writing their player registration up until the first game has been played. They will be charged an administration fee of $100 with the rest of the registration fee to be refunded. If games have been played there will be no refund.

If a player has a season ending injury a refund or partial refund be issued. Application for this should be sent to the Club together with a doctor’s note explaining the injury.

NSF cheques will be subject to a $35 administrative fee.

Please note: any potential refund can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and posted.
