FCNW will consider refunding program fees to players unable to complete their program because they are moving out of Winnipeg or because they have sustained a season ending injury.
A player wishing a refund of team fees will make the request in writing to the FCNW Club Coordinator with a copy to his/her team coach and manager. A player wishing a refund of other program fees will make the request directly to the Club Coordinator at clubcoordinator@fcnorthwest.com.Refund requests based on injury must be accompanied by a letter from the player’s physician indicating the nature and date of the injury and the length of time the injury is expected to prevent the player from participating in soccer. In order to be considered, requests for refunds must be received by the FCNW office within two weeks of the date the player became unable to play. Refunds will not be granted for reasons other than those listed above.
Any refunds provided will generally be a percentage of the refundable portion of the original program fees, pro-rated based on the amount of program time or sessions elapsed, and other factors FCNW may wish to consider. The refundable portion of the program’s fees is determined by deemed to be deducting administration fees, fees attributed to non-returnable equipment, and fees paid to outside agencies from the original program fees. 725 Kingsbury Ave. Winnipeg, MB.
