Registration refunds will be provided for program withdrawal requests as per the following guidelines in regards to the Fall/Winter Season (Spring & Summer League may differ):

For Tri City Vipers She Can Ball and He Can Hoop Sessions
Tri City Vipers provides a 14 day grace period from the start of any She Can Ball and He Can Hoop session to request a full refund, less a $25 administration fee. All withdrawal requests must be submitted to the Tri City Vipers Administrator.
1. Full refunds will be provided for withdrawals prior to the first scheduled assessment date, minus an admin fee of $50.
2. Refunds will be provided to Midget or Juvenile players who withdraw after successfully making a high school division 1 team, minus an admin fee of $30.
3. Only in extenuating circumstances (for example a season-ending injury or family relocation) will the executive entertain a request for a pro-rated reimbursement of registration fees if a player withdraws after the MBA seasons first game. The maximum reimbursement the executive may approve under this policy is 80%, less an admin fee of $30.
4. If a player has been dismissed due to misconduct there will not be a refund provided.
For Vipers Rep and AAU Level Competitive Program
5. Competitive registration fees are non-refundable regardless of the time of withdrawal.
For Spring, Summer, Skill Sessions, Tryouts, VIPERS Academy and Pre-Season Programs
6. Registration fees are non-refundable regardless of time of withdrawal for all tryouts, Spring, Summer, pre-season programs, skill sessions and VIPERS Academy.
For VIPERS Summer Camp
7. Any refund requests received in writing by the Tri City Vipers Administrator before June 1 of the Camp year will be granted a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued after June 1.
During a delayed season start, such as the 2020-21 season, no refunds will be issued after the MBA announces the official start date of the season
