Respect Basketball Refund Policy
Respect Basketball strives to offer the highest quality service to our community. Please refer to our refund policy below. If you have any questions, please email respectbball@gmail.com
Full Year Programs (Rookie, Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, Senior) and Seasonal Programs (Rookie, Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, Senior): Respect Basketball’s programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis with limited spots. As such, a deposit payment or payment in full is required to confirm and secure your registration in any of our full-year or seasonal programs. All full-year and seasonal programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
INJURIES
Players providing a doctor’s note indicating the inability to participate in more than one-third of a program due to injury may be eligible (at our discretion) for a credit applied to future programs.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
There will be no refunds once payment has been made on travel-related expenses. Many of our bookings are non-refundable and will not allow money to be returned. If credits become available, we will pass them back to the eligible participant.
THE WAITLIST:
- When programs become full, athletes will have the option to be added to the waitlist.
- If a spot becomes available athletes will be contacted in the order they were placed on the waitlist with the option to join. Payment must be made in full by the end of the business day in order to secure your spot.
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Respect Basketball will credit an athlete’s account if they cannot attend camp due to sickness or injury provided the cancellation is done 12 hours before the camp. Otherwise, Respect Basketball will not provide a refund.
SPECIAL COVID CANCELATION POLICY:
Refunds will not be processed for mandated closures and/or COVID restrictions that impact our ability to operate. A prorated credit will be placed on your account for future use in the event of a shutdown or any other mandate that impacts our programming.
