Summer Camp:
Cancellations of booked week(s) will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee. Refunds will NOT be processed after the Monday of the booked week. This means that if you cancel before the Monday of the booked week, you will receive a refund minus the 10% administration fee. If you cancel on or after the Monday of the booked week, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Paddling Programs:
Refunds for paddling programs will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel your participation in a paddling program, please contact balmybeachcctreasurer@yahoo.ca as soon as possible. We will review your situation and determine if a refund is appropriate.
