Season:

Delayed payment arrangements can be made for those trying out for A/AA.

Full refunds will be offered before the Eastman Amalgamation Meeting in mid-September which establishes all the teams formed by the clubs within Eastman Ringette Association.  Contact us for specific dates.

50% refund will be offered after the Amalgamation Meeting until October 31st of the current season.

Fees are non-refundable from November 1st of the current season.

Players with unpaid fees after November 1st of the current season may be subject to suspension until fees are paid.

Camps: 

Full refund will be offered up to 14 days before camp opens.

50% refund will be offered within 14 days of camp start.

Clinics:

Full refund will be offered up to 48 hours before the clinic.
