Funds received by Vision Basketball for tournament registrations are non-refundable unless a valid reason is agreed to. If requesting a refund, the customer must contact Vision Basketball head office to discuss the terms and conditions of a potential refund. Refunds for medical reasons or unforeseen circumstances will be reasonably considered.
