Once a player is registered and secures a roster spot on an LJAC team, the registration fees (whether paid in full or through installments) are non-refundable. However, in the event of a season-ending injury prior to December 1st of the current season, the player may be eligible for a partial refund.
Eligibility for Partial Refund:
- A partial refund will be considered based on the total team expenses incurred during the player’s time on the roster.
- The amount refunded will also factor in the fixed yearly costs associated with the team.
Please note that refunds will be issued only for significant injuries resulting in the player’s inability to continue for the remainder of the season.
