Refund Policy

EHTBA understands and appreciates that, sometimes, registrants will be required to remove themselves from basketball for reasons beyond their control.

EHTBA is also a non-profit organization that operates under a very limited budget. TCBA will honor partial refunds of registration fees up until the time that teams are set, insurance fees are paid, and league fees are paid. After these fees are paid EHTBA reserves the right to decide to issue or not issue partial refunds to registrants. Refunds will be decided on an individual basis and without prejudice.
