• Withdrawal before the season (before the first practice): A $50 fee will be charged for the voluntary removal of an athlete prior to the start of the season.

• Withdrawal during the season:

  • If an athlete withdraws from a Water Polo Saskatoon training program before December 31st, the club will reimburse up to 50% of the registration fees.
  • Withdrawals after December 31st are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • Reimbursement will be calculated based on the time of withdrawal, competition fees, and administration fees.

Athletes and families must contact the club within 30 days of withdrawal to discuss reimbursement.
