REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY:
When a player withdraws from any team, competitive or house league, the player may request a refund of the registration fees paid to the BCGHA.

Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment, (less any credit card fees) and may take several weeks to be completed.

The City of Brampton Non-Resident fees and Tryout fees are 100% non-refundable.

Upon receiving the refund request the BCGHA will review the circumstances and determine if a refund is applicable. If approved, the refund will be issued minus the fees listed below for house league and competitive programs.

Any request to deviate from this policy must be approved by the BCGHA Board.

Players requesting refunds MUST fill out the refund request form listed online and send email to the following.

- Send an email the Rep Director and the Registrar to notify them of the refund request.

- No refunds are given on purchases of apparel, jerseys, socks, or equipment.
- Competitive fees paid to team will not be refunded by the BCGHA, those fees would need to be discussed with that individual team. The team may prorate any refund amount based on the amount of ice, and expenses incurred to the date of withdraw from the team.
