COVID-19 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if the clinic is cancelled due to COVID-19. Fees refunded will be on a prorated basis. For example, if half of the clinic dates were cancelled, half the fees will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Fall Clinic - Refunds are available up to one week after the clinic start date, less a $5 admin fee.

Winter Clinic - Refunds are available up to three weeks after the clinic start date, less a $5 admin fee.
