Refund Policy

All registrations for our programs are non-refundable. Once a participant has registered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, changes in availability, or withdrawal from the program.

In the event that the OSBA cancels the program, a refund will be issued minus an administration fee to cover processing costs. The administration fee will be determined based on program expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
