- one coached session with the paddling ergs in the boathouse (kayak ergs, canoe ergs, rowing ergs, one           dragonboat erg)

- two non coached sessions in the Canada Games Room

- This program is limited to a total of 11 athletes.

The program cost is $200.

The program runs from December 1 to the end of April
