- The program runs from November 15 to April 4 (there are no sessions on Dec. 27, 2024). 

Masters Canoe/Kayak Winter Program - Sessions 1 and 2

- Fridays Sessions run from  November 15 to April 4 (there are no sessions on Dec. 27, 2024). 

- Tuesdays Sessions run from December 10 to April 8 (there are no sessions on Dec. 4 and December 31, 2024)

- 37  Sessions

- Thursdays weights in the Canada Games Room

- This program is limited to a total of 11 athletes.

- The program cost is $350.

- The program runs from November 15 to April 4 (there are no sessions on Dec. 27, 2024). 

Pond Scum Winter Program ($150)

This is a self-led program for the Pond Scum Dragonboat Team and other athletes who may join at the invitation of the team.

The program takes place the Canada Games Room at times identified on the Canada Games Room Calendar located via link on the WRCC website.

Program runs from October through April.

Masters Dragonboat Program and One Master Canoe/Kayak Add On ($100.)

This is for the Dragonboat paddlers who also may wish to join the Masters Canoe/Kayak Program.

Paddlers may join one of 

- Fridays Sessions run from  November 15 to April 4 (there are no sessions on Dec. 27, 2024). (20 sessions) 

- Tuesdays Sessions run from December 10 to April 8 (there are no sessions on Dec. 4 and December 31, 2024) (17 sessions) 

- includes Thursdays weights in the Canada Games Room

- First preference is given to masters enrolling in the Masters Canoe/Kayak program.

The program cost is $100.00 in addition to the Pond Scum dragonboat fee.
