    REGISTRATION PACKAGE OPTION - MASTERS

    Required Documents During Registration

    • Proof of Age (Birth Certificate) Upload Image / PDF during Registration, if not already on file
    • Medical Form (download here) Upload Completed Form during Registration, bring Paper Copy to First Practice / Ice Time in September
    • Proof of Residency Upload new document for 24-25 Season during Registration
      • Although upload is required by Ramp, you do not have to reside in Surrey / White Rock

Unfortunately Surrey White Rock Ringette will not be able to have an Open Team for the 2024 - 2025 Season.
