Our Respect Rookie Squad is for boys & girls ages 5-9 who are new to the sport of basketball or those wanting to refine their fundamental skills before moving into a more competitive environment. Not only will our Respect Rookies begin to harness the physical skills of the game, they will learn the philosophy of the game, skill-appropriate plays & strategies, the rules and proper terminology all in a fun and uplifting environment.  

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY (January 6, 2025 - March 5, 2025) 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Included in your Fall Rookie registration is:

• One, 60-minute session every Monday of on-court individual FUNdamental skill development training.

Respect Seniors are guided through the recruitment process for all collegiate levels of play, including ACAC, USport, JUCO, and NCAA. We assist our senior athletes throughout the recruitment process which includes a focus on your education as well as your skill on the court. Respect Basketball has a long list of contacts for all areas of collegiate basketball in both the United States and Canada. Senior travel teams will enter tournaments that showcase their talent in front of recruiters and coaches. We know not all senior athletes are looking to play post-secondary basketball — we support our athletes in whatever direction they choose to follow. Graduating Senior athletes who want to play their final season of club basketball and are looking for less commitment are welcome to evaluate for one of our local teams. We want you to be able to enjoy your final season of club basketball while balancing demanding exam schedules and graduation events.

The Respect Basketball Freshmen Squad is a Calgary basketball program for U10-U11 boys and girls. Spring Season: March 10^th-July 1^st

Players are evaluated for placement on a team based on skill. Teams will participate in competitive gameplay; options include leagues, tournaments, and exhibition games. We offer local, Canadian, and American tournament options.
